Reservation Policies
All the visits to the Experiences must be previously booked through the web site, directly at the Wine Cellar or through WhatsApp +52 477 289 1368, which customer service is from Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Every reservation should be booked 24 hours in advance.
If you desire to book with less than 24 hours in advance, call us or text us via WhatsApp or reserve directly in our Wine Cellar. The reservation will be confirmed if there is enough availability of the requested Experience.
Reservations are up to availability.
Children and minors are admitted in our installations with reservation. We abstain to serve alcoholic drinks to visitors under 18.
Reserve an Experience
Visitors must show up with an official identification and confirmation of the reservation sheet
It is highly recommended to show up 10 minutes before the time of your reservation.
We provide 10 minutes of tolerance after the time of your reservation, if the visitor does not show up, the reservation will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to refuse admition to any person who presents conditions that can be risky for their own security, the safety of the place or the tour group. In those cases, access will be denied with no refunds.
If the visitor does not show up to the reservation, refunds will not be provided.
Change a reservation
Changes to your reservation must be requested via WhatsApp or phone call +52 477 289 1368 with an anticipation of 24 hours before the date and hour booked.
Changes on the dates or time of your reservation must be requested with 24 hours in advance, if is like that it would be without any charges.
Changes on the dates or time of your reservation are up to availability.
To change the number of members in your reservation, availability must be verified via WhatsApp.
Cancellations
To cancel your reservation, you must contact us within our customer service hours via WhatsApp or phone call +52 477 289 1368 with 24 hours in advance of the date and time booked
If your cancelation is requested with 24 hours of advance, refunds will be authorized using the same payment method or the payed amount can be used as credit directly in our store for products or other services.
If your cancellation is requested with less than 24 hours of advance of your reservation, there will be no refunds.
Suspension of activities
If a suspension or cancellation of the regular activities is necessary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, authority’s actions or any cause not attributable to the company, the activity can be rescheduled or if possible, a similar activity can be held
In case of suspension of activities for external reasons from the Wine Cellar, the reservation can be rescheduled to a future date; you count with 6 months from the original date to make it valid. The payed amount can be refunded or make it valid as credit for other products or services in the Wine Cellar. After 6 months, the right for rescheduling will be expired with no refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to force majeure.
