10 months in American and French barrels. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures. Contains sulfites.

Perceive scents from the own variety, with fresh and nice herbal notes.

Harmonizes with red meats due to its tannic potence, completely versatile to pair with pasta and pizza.
WINE MAKING
The grapes are macerated in cold temperatures to preserve the scents of the variety. The malolactic fermentation occurs inside French oak and American oak barrels, where it rest for 12 months. It contains sulphites.
