How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $2,400 MXN
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they haven't been picked up by the shipping company. To expedite the process, please call us during business hours (Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM) or email us at servicioacliente@vinedosanmiguel.com.mx. After a cancellation, your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected when placing your order.
What do I do if the shipment is incomplete?
If you received a damaged product, you must take the necessary evidence (photographs and/or video) to be able to carry out the process of exchanging your product. The customer must make their claim to the following email address servicioacliente@vinedosanmiguel.com.mx within a period of no more than 24 hours of receiving the package.
When will my order arrive?
The order takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your home.
Do they deliver to all of Mexico?
Yes.
Can it be sent to a different address?
Yes.
Is there a minimum number of bottles?
To place your order, you need to order a minimum of 6 bottles.
