From a careful selection of our best grapes, this balanced and intense, deep taste, fragrant and fruity. The colour is vivid ruby with a garnet refiection. The smell alternates hints of plum and ripe cherry, cinnamon, vanilla and face powder. It closes with a touch of rhubarb and cinchona. Excellent freshness and elegantly, its fine tannins offer a balanced and pleasant sip with a fruity and mineral finish.

- WINE MAKING
- The grapes are vinified separately in steel, then assembled according to the grape harvest. When the wine is ready, it is aged for 18 months in large barrels and then in bottle for at least 6 months.

- A very versatile wine, it can be paired with appetizers like empanadas and semi cured cheese. Match it perfectly with grilled red meats.
- WINE MAKING
- We select grapes from different areas of the vineyard to obtain the best of our varieties, this way the scents of our soil and grapes can be potentialized. They are macerated in a controlled temperature and it rests 10 months in barrel. It contains sulphites.
